The Generals were also able to survive the triumvirate of Miggy Corteza, Mark Sangco, and Robi Nayve, who had their combined effort put to waste thanks to the steady plays of Maguliano's supporting cast in Ralph Robin and Nat Cosejo. EAC embarked on a 12-2 run to open the fourth period highlighted by consecutive triples from Maguliano, Robin and Cosejo.Benilde even took the lead after Sangco knocked down a trey to make it 73-71.
