This is the third time for Barangay San Vicente to undergo a lockdown. The two recent lockdowns were for being “pasaway” or unruly, when some residents went around without face masks and some children were seen playing on the streets.patient is a 43-year-old female hospital worker and resident of SLU-SVP Barangay, but had been staying in Barangay QM, while the 39Magalong said contact tracing, quarantine, disinfection, and medical protocols had been expedited.
