LTO chief Jose Arturo “Jay Art” Tugade said the suspension should serve as a lesson to all motorists to always keep the roads safe.Driver Leonilo Aque admitted during the hearing that the jeepney he was driving indeed hit a woman last month after he failed to step on the brakes on time. Aque and the owner of the jeepney were issued a show cause order on Dec. 22, 2022, and were summoned to appear before the LTO Intelligence and Investigation Division on Dec. 28.
