THE Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has issued special permits (SP) to select Public Utility Buses (PUBs) for spectators and players attending the 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup at the Philippine Arena today, Friday.

Terminals have been designated as 'pick-up and drop-off points' for passengers heading to the arena.

These are the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange in Parañaque City, Trinoma in Quezon City, SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City, One Ayala Terminal on Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Cloverleaf Ayala on A. Bonifacio Avenue, Quezon City, Market! Market! in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City, Araneta City, Cubao, Quezon City, and SM Clark in Angeles, Pampanga.The special permit is valid until September 17.
