Several areas in Metro Manila and the Bicol Region were flooded overnight due to the low-pressure area (LPA) that used to be Tropical Depression Amang.
According to Marisol Abdurahman's report on "24 Oras," 259 families were evacuated in nine barangays in Camarines Sur due to widespread flooding and landslides.The Department of Education - Bicol said they were looking into how many schools in the region were affected.
Meanwhile, a delivery rider in Buhi, Camarines Sur, died after being swept away by a spillway's surging water.
