A 30-YEAR-OLD public school teacher was gunned down by an unidentified assailant in Sitio Abapo, Barangay Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City on Friday night, July 5, 2019.
Upon seeing Amit, the assailant disembarked from his motorcycle and approached the public school teacher. Amit, who sustained gunshot wounds in his chest, was immediately brought to the hospital but he died soon upon arrival.Police Major Miguel Andeza, Mactan Police Station chief, said they are looking at several angles behind Amit’s murder, including a possible love triangle.Amit’s common-law wife was previously married to a sailor and they had several children together.
