Cast member Kane Lim threw a 'Filipino-inspired' special dinner for Heart!
MANILA, Philippines – From global fashion shows to international series! Style icon Heart Evangelista on Wednesday, October 5, appeared in the ninth episode of the reality seriesIn the episode, cast member Kane Lim threw a Filipino-inspired special dinner for his “celebrity friend,” which turned out to be Heart.
“Heart Evangelista is one of the most famous and beloved [actresses] in the Philippines. I wanna throw something epic for her. I want her to feel welcome, and maybe she misses Filipino food,” Kane shared. Heart also prepared a gift – a cubic zirconia necklace – to Kane, which he didn’t want to accept at first because it was expensive. “It’s too much. This is real, I can feel the weight,” Kane said. Fellow cast member Kelly Mi Li was also present at the dinner.
Heart took to Instagram to express her gratitude to Kane and Kelly, whom she also called “angels.” “It was a fun cameo. Thank you,stars also left a comment in Heart’s post, with Kelly asking Heart to “come back soon please.”
