Dixson recalled how she was only 18 years old when they started filming the production.
“[O]ur producer, Mother Lily of [Regal Films] was unsure whether to invest in me, a very expensive orange neoprene dive-suit tail [and] an underwater camera casing that no production ever had back then,” Dixson explained. The actress could not help but wax sentimental over her time with her fellow actors. She described Santos at the time as “so little, cute, smart [and] already full of stardom.”
