Bernadette Herrera-Dy, meanwhile, called on the Department of Transportation and the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines to perform a complete preventive maintenance examination of major buildings and equipment at Ninoy Aquino International Airport as well as other airports to guarantee that the New Year's Day glitch will not happen again.
