As the altercation continued, the driver of the car eventually stepped down and shot the victim.The suspect, a known rapper in Cebu City, was found at his manager’s house.“Yung foreigner, sir, nambastos siya sa mga kasama ko na kaibigan kong mga babae. Nanghipo siya ng puwet,” said the suspect.“Sinabihan namin siya ng tigilan ang panghihipo pero di ito tumigil, kaya yun. Nagawa ko yung krimen,” he added.The gun and bullet casings were recovered at the scene of the crime.
