OFFICIALS of the Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines recently visited China as part of its efforts to build stronger ties with electric vehicle manufacturers there.The EVAP delegation met with executives of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Industry Cooperation Committee in Beijing last July to discuss a possible collaboration in the EV sector among industry players in East Asia and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations .
They discussed enhancing collaboration and sharing best practices in EV technology, infrastructure development and regulatory frameworks.'The exchange of knowledge and expertise between our countries will pave the way for innovative solutions in the EV sector. We are excited about the opportunities this partnership will bring,' Raquelsantos said.
