Two defending champions in Roel Facundo, B. Joson and J. Bacar of D’Shipper/BBB together with Nyok, Tony and Engr. Canlas of Guagua Cockpit 1 are all set to return in the 2023 World Cup Slasher on Jan. 26 to Feb. 1 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
The top two teams shared the Slasher crown at the end of last year’s second edition following a similar 8-1 record in the finals.
