Maaaring unang tamaan ng bagyo ang Catanduanes, Albay o Sorsogon, at tatawid sa Burias Island sa umaga ng Martes.Sa Quezon province, lumikas na rin ang mga residente sa mga lugar na posibleng magkaroon ng landslide, storm surge o flash flood. Nagpadala na ang Philippine Coast Guard ng mga tauhan sa Marikina, Navotas, Malabon at Baseco Compound sa Maynila sakaling kailanganing magsagawa ng paglikas at rescue operation.
