House Minority Leader 4Ps Party-list Rep. Marcelino "Nonoy" Libanan is eyeing a comeback to district representation, particularly in the province of Eastern Samar, in the May 2025 mid-term elections.
Not only that--a total of 58 Eastern Samar officials led by Governor Ben Evardone are backing Libanan bid for lone district congressman. Romualdez is also the president of the Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats --the most dominant political party in the House of Representatives.
