MANILA - The Department of the Interior and Local Government on Friday reminded local government units planning to donate gadgets to public schools to comply with minimum technical specifications set
by the Department of Education .
Following the specifications will ensure that the donations will not be put to waste, DILG Undersecretary Jonathan Malaya said. Malaya specifically commended Biñan City Mayor Arman Dimaguila, Parañaque City Mayor Edwin Olivarez, Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno, and Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto for setting aside funds for learning devices.
