Sure, competition for groceries is a big concern. It would most likely lower prices if there were more, but one has to wonder if this report from the feds is just sleight of hand. Funny how this report comes out mere hours before they raise the price on fuel with yet another tax. As anyone with a brain knows, if the cost to deliver food supplies goes up, so does the price at the till. Everything we buy gets delivered to stores on a truck.
