He says he plans to share his winnings with his twin daughters

Rattan Negi of Etobicoke, Ont. is the latest draw winner.

When first called to let him know of his big win, Negi initially didn't pick up the phone, but returned the call quickly when seeing it was from Sault Area Hospital. Negi's wife Sowang has been buying him tickets for the draw for a few months after hearing about it from a friend. “We know it’s a good cause, so when you don’t win it’s still like making a donation,” she said in a release.

While the win still hasn't sunk in, Rattan says he plans to share his win with his twin daughters - for travelling and for their savings.
