The one-time PBA Most Valuable Player scored two points and added three rebounds in over 18 minutes of action as he helped TNT score a 116-104 win against Ginebra to equalize their title series at 2-2.
'Having him there to sub in for Poy , it's just a luxury.'Williams, now in his 16th season as a pro, remains a steady force on defense.The two-time PBA All-Defensive team member, provides the solid inside presence, who could somehow slow down Ginebra's bullstrong big man Christian Standhardinger.The 6-foot-8 Standhardinger, who on Sunday, was named the Best Player of the Conference, has been one of the biggest reasons why the Gin Kings reached the Finals.
