The committee inluding Lapu-Lapu City Police Director, Police Colonel Clarito Baja, met at City Hall on Friday, April 17, 2020, to discuss the concern. Vehicles and motorcycles with plate numbers ending with odd numbers such as 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 are only allowed during Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. During Sundays, vehicles with plate numbers ending in odd numbers are only allowed from 12:01 a.m. to 12:00 noon, while vehicles with plate numbers ending in even numbers are allowed from 12:01 p.m. to 12:00 midnight.
