In an interview with AFP, Lappartient, the head of the French Olympic Committee (CNOSF) and president of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI), expressed his belief that Russia , largely excluded from the 2024 Paris Olympics due to its invasion of Ukraine, will naturally reclaim its place in the sporting arena.
