“This is to ensure the safe and efficient rehabilitation of the underpass for at least four months or until September 2023,” the Manila PIO said in an advisory over the weekend. The Manila PIO also said that Mayor Honey Lacuña would lead the kick-off for the Lagusnilad Underpass rehabilitation project
