Hydrologist Ailene Abelardo of the Hydrology Division of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said the Quezon City dam has reached over 80.20 meters , much higher than its normal high water level of 80.15 m.“But as of 8 a.m. today , it is now at 80.17 m and it is still overflowing although the pressure of the floodwater that goes down Tullahan River is no longer that strong,” she told The Manila Times in a Viber interview.
