It has been seven months since Kris Bernal gave birth to her first child.
On Instagram Stories, the actress opened up about her current situation as she takes a break from working."I couldn't help but to feel like a different person. I have always been very driven by my professional and business ambitions and for some reason I didn't care anymore and was ready to drop everything to become a stay-at-home mother," she said."I know that I will never be the same person again. But, I can be better, wiser, stronger and kinder.
"She also sent love to her fellow new moms who are still "struggling in this new you. I see you. I am you."Kris and her husband, Perry Choi, introduced their daughter, Hailee, through an Instagram Reel in August last year.During her pregnancy, Kris kept her followers updated on her journey, including the hormones and changes in her body.She said that although motherhood has been a challenge, she is constantly learning, growing, and adapting.
