The court imposed a driving prohibition against Trahan totaling five years on the two dangerous driving charges and the two charges of failing to stop his vehicle as soon as was reasonable in the circumstances. They include carrying a weapon, a needle, for a purpose dangerous to the public peace; stealing bottles of liquor from the Brooklyn Petro Canada; failing to comply with a condition of a release order, to remain within the Province of Nova Scotia; and failing to comply with a condition of a release order, to not be out in public within six hours of consuming alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.
McDonald committed the offences in Brooklyn on March 17, 2021; and in Wood Islands, P.E.I., on July 23, 2021. Blanchard committed the offence in Three Mile Plains on March 19. A charge of unlawful confinement was dismissed on Sept. 18.Noah Avery-Gray, 19, of Upper Sackville, has been handed a conditional discharge with probation for uttering a death threat and carrying a concealed weapon, a BB gun, while not being authorized under the Firearms Act to do so.
