Roy changed his plea to guilty on June 13. The matter was adjourned for sentencing. On Nov. 10, Judge Ronda Van Der Hoek handed Roy a suspended sentence with 15 months of probation. Saad was present in Kentville provincial court, in custody, on Nov. 9. He changed his plea to guilty on the undertaking charge and pleaded guilty to the charge of causing a disturbance. Judge Christopher Manning fined Saad $100 on each count, for a total of $200 in fines.
