Northumberland Ferries has cancelled the 10 a.m. departure from Wood Islands, P.E.I., and the 11:45 a.m. departure from Caribou, N.S., for the morning of Nov. 22.WOOD ISLANDS, P.E.I. — Northumberland Ferries has cancelled two sailings between P.E.I. and Nova Scotia for the morning of Nov. 22.
