This order prevents Campbell from attending any public place where people under the age of 16 years are present, or could reasonably be expected to be present, except while under direct supervision of another adult who knows about his conviction. Campbell shall not have any contact, including communication by any means, with people under the age of 16, with one exception, unless the offender does so under the direct supervision of another adult who knows about his conviction.Campbell committed the offence in New Minas on March 9, 2022. A charge of accessing child pornography was dismissed on Jan. 30.
Bignell pleaded guilty to the charges on Feb. 1. Judge Ronda Van Der Hoek fined Bignell $2,000 on the impaired driving charge and imposed a one-year driving prohibition against him. Bignell was fined $1,000 for failing to comply with probation. Prime changed his plea to guilty on Feb. 2. Judge Ronda Van Der Hoek sentenced Prime to one day in custody deemed served and 18 months of probation.Conditional sentence for assault
