Kevin Andrew Tan was appointed as member of the Board and executive director of listed property developer Megaworld Corp . on Monday, succeeding his mother Katherine Tan who relinquished her position.In a regulatory filing, Megaworld said the appointment took effect on Monday, October 7, upon the recommendation of the Corporate Governance Committee.Prior to his appointment, the younger Tan served as the executive vice president and chief strategy officer.
