Karla Estrada is singing the Philippine national anthem at the opening of the 19th Congress.
“I’m very excited. This is the first time na naka-attend tayo ng SONA,” she told reporters.
Estrada said that the SONA is "historical" for her because President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos is "kababayan."Marcos Jr. is set to hold his first State of the Nation Address in the afternoon, exactly 25 days since he took his oath as the 17th President of the Philippines.
