Sinabi ng kampo ng direktor na si Darryl Yap nitong Biyernes na wala pa silang natatanggap na utos mula sa Muntinlupa court para tanggalin ang teaser at iba pang materyales ng kaniyang pelikulang 'The Rapists of Pepsi Paloma.' Kasama rito ang teaser na binanggit ang pangalan ni Vic Sotto na inakusahan ng rape, na pinalagan ng TV-host-actor.

Sa kaniyang pagiging legal counsel ni Yap, humiling din ni Fortun ng isang gag order mula sa korte para pigilan si Sotto at sa kampo nito na, "from disclosing the contents of the verified return to the public and enjoining them to dutifully keep in strict confidence the proceedings and matters learned before this Honorable Court."
Sinabi ni Atty. Enrique Dela Cruz, abogado ni Sotto na bagama’t hindi pa napagbibigyan ang petisyon, pansamantalang naglabas ng writ of habeas data ang korte.
