Jojo Nones , the independent contractor who was allegedly involved in Sandro Muhlach ’s reported rape incident, has been released from Senate detention.This, after Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Estrada wrote earlier today Senator Robin Padilla, the chairperson of the committee on public information and mass media, that he will not object to the lifting of his order of arrest and detention if the committee recommends such for "humanitarian considerations.
In his letter addressed to Estrada through Padilla dated August 27, Nones apologized for his "conduct" during the Senate hearing on Tuesday."I recognize that my words and tone may have come across as disrespectful and I deeply regret allowing my emotions to get the best of me," Nones' letter read." The anxiety and stress I've been experiencing due to my detention unfortunately clouded my judgment and I did not express myself in the matter intended.
