Johor mohon Putrajaya masukkan pembinaan PPR Larkin dalam RMK12

Berikutan peningkatan penduduk di Larkin, kerajaan Johor memohon Putrajaya menyenaraikan pembinaan PPR di Larkin dalam RMK12. – Gambar fail The Malaysian Insight, 1 Januari, 2023.

Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan negeri Mohd Jafni Md Shukor berkata permohonan yang akan dibuat dalam masa terdekat itu disebabkan jumlah kepadatan penduduk di kawasan Larkin semakin meningkat dan terdapat permintaan tinggi terhadap pembinaan projek itu. “Jadi kita berharap KPKT dapat mempertimbangkan permohonan pembinaan PPR Larkin ini memandangkan ia adalah satu-satunya PPR yang kita mohon untuk RMK12,” katanya pada sidang media selepas merasmikan Program Jom Turun @ PPR Sri Stulang dan Sri Iskandar di Johor Bahru hari ini.

Sementara itu, Mohd Jafni menyeru 14,000 penyewa melibatkan 13 PPR dan tujuh Rumah Sewa Kerajaan di seluruh negeri supaya menjelaskan pembayaran sewa bulanan mulai bulan ini, selewat-lewatnya pada setiap 7 hari bulan.
