ICYMI: John Amores has now apologized to the College of St. Benilde side after his rampage last Nov. 8 in the second round of the NCAA Season 98 men’s basketball tournament.

The 23-year-old Amores, who was eventually removed from JRU’s basketball team on top of an indefinite ban from the NCAA last week, seemed to be taking the proper steps towards accountability.

On Sunday, Nov. 20, the ex-Heavy Bomber was spotted at CSB’s practice after receiving an invite from head coach Charles Tiu. In the middle of the Blazers, Amores was seen with a huge smile 12 days after losing his cool and charging at their bench. Faced with two separate complaints, Amores will be tackling a long road to recovery starting with JRU’s counseling program.

The league, on the other hand, has expressed that Amores’ return to the hard court could still be possible in the future.
