Joel Ngo is the new basketball commissioner for NCAA Season 100.
Ngo was seen from the sidelines in the second round of the tournament as former commissioner Ogie Bernarte was moved to a different position due to medical reasons, according to NCAA Season 100 chairman Hercules Callanta."I do not remember the time but shortly after the first round, Commissioner Ogie Bernarte fell ill," Callanta said on Saturday.The NCAA Management Committee chairman said Bernarte's mother also fell ill.
After the two weeks passed, Callanta said the league was running smoothly despite Bernarte's absence, but his inputs are still of value so he was appointed as consultant instead.
