The 5-foot-10 combo guard is still nursing a knee injury according to Adamson head coach Nash Racela, delaying his return on the floor for the Soaring Falcons one last time this season.

Lastimosa has previously revealed that he received an offer to play professional overseas, but decided to ultimately turn it down and finish his collegiate eligibility with Adamson. “He’s going aggressive rehabilitation. Hopefully, he makes it. He’ll miss some games, so hindi ko alam gaano katagal,” he added.

However, the Soaring Falcons lineup sans Lastimosa, will be tested right away when they open the new season against Season 85 finalist University of the Philippines Fighting Maroons on Sunday, Oct. 1.
