As of 10 p.m., Jenny was located at 715 km east of Aparri, Cagayan , moving northwest at 10 km/h with maximum sustained winds of 110 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 135 km/h, and central pressure of 980 hPa.Jenny is expected to result in moderate to rough seas off extreme northern Luzon and the northern portion of mainland Cagayan on Monday.
