Sa ulat ni Nico Waje sa 24 Oras Weekend nitong Sabado, mapapanood ang kuha ng pasaherong si Joysh Gutierrez ng sagutan nila ng tsuper ng sinakyan niyang jeep na biyaheng Baclaran-Sucat.“Maya-maya po, ‘yung asawa ng driver biglang nagsabi roon sa asawa niya, ayaw niya ng matabang pasahero. Bawal sa jeepney, pababain daw ako. So sumigaw po ‘yung driver na bumaba raw ako, mafa-flat daw po ‘yung gulong nila, bago lang daw ang jeep nila, two weeks lang daw po sa kanila,” sabi ni Gutierrez.
''Alam ng drivers at ng operators na isa sa mga polisiya para magkaroon ng prangkisa ng CPC , bawal po mamili ng pasahero. Much worse po 'yung nakasakay na 'yung pasahero natin at pabababain natin dahil lang sa kaniyang timbang," sabi ni LTFRB spokesperson Celine Pialago-Vargas.
