ITCZ to affect southern Luzon, VisMin; LPA still outside of PAR ManilaBulletin READ:
Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by ITCZ will be experienced in Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Dinagat Islands, and Surigao del Norte.
The state weather bureau warned of possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered light to moderate to, at times, heavy rains. Meanwhile, Manila and the rest of the archipelago will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms also due to ITCZ or localized thunderstorms.Mindanao and the western section of Visayas will experience light to moderate wind speeds coming from southwest to northwest with slight to moderate coastal waters.
On the other hand, the rest of Visayas is seen to have a light to moderate wind speed coming from the northeast to the north, along with slight to moderate coastal waters. The low-pressure area remains outside of the area of responsibility and was last seen 1,505 kilometers east of Mindanao at 3 a.m.
