As for the small category or those with 30 to 99 employees, Kollab, a provider of cloud-first solutions and services, got the top spot. IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines president and CEO Jack Madrid told reporters that over half of the awardees are from the IT-BPM industry. “So we must not lose that, our ability to listen, an important part of leadership, our ability to problem-solve, to empathize and most importantly, resolve the world’s problems because that’s what our industry is. We fix the world’s problems,” he said.
