THE proposed RACE program, which is the new version of the old CARS program to incentivize automotive manufacturing here in the Philippines, has been reported to include a local content requirement provision, but what exactly that entails has apparently not yet been defined. According to the Department of Trade and Industry , the final version of RACE should be available by March or April.
