The mayor of Iloilo City ordered the closure of a bar at an entertainment complex in Mandurriao district after a minor allegedly committed an indecent act. /PDI
The girl, according to reports, was seen to have lifted her shirt and covered her chest using only her hands while dancing before a cheering crowd at around 3 a.m.Task Force on Morals and Values Formation chief Nestor Canong told reporters that the girl’s age was identified through reports to their office.
Mayor Jerry Treñas said the closure of the bar was only temporary to allow the establishment to explain.
