Treñas of Iloilo City issues Executive Order No. 162 on December 12, 2024, declaring Roel Zabala Castro , President and CEO of More Power and Negros Power, as an adopted son of Iloilo City in recognition of his transformative leadership in improving the city’s power infrastructure and his commitment to community service.
Castro's visionary leadership has revitalized the city's power distribution infrastructure, significantly improving the reliability and efficiency of electricity services, and sparking a renewed sense of confidence in Iloilo's potential for growth,' the order said.Castro is promoting the modernization of the city's electrical grid to ensure a stable and sustainable energy supply for both residents and businesses.
