"Pinaglaban ko pero walang katwiran 'yung lumabas. Handa naman akong lumaban... Di ko maintindihan bakit ganu'n?" ani Hamoy. "This doesn't raise anything except lots of questions. What happened to thousands of other cases? Why is CHR investigating 25 percent but DOJ only .8 percent?" pagtataka ni Human Rights Watch senior Philippines researcher Carlos Conde.
