If the new Ford Bronco feels a bit too new for your liking, Icon has just released a restomod of the original from 1975...called the ‘New School,’ ironically. And, traditionalists prepare: It adopts the 5.0-liter ‘Coyote’ V8 from a Ford Mustang.
That means it sends 446hp and likely as much torque as Iron Man after a few pints to all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission. The mechanical toy box continues with Brembo stoppers and ARB locking differentials at both axles, while Goodrich all-terrain ‘K02’ tires squat at each corner.They’re wrapped around a set of 18-inch aluminum alloys with floating center caps, drawing your attention to just how high off the ground the body sits on that meaty coilover suspension setup.
