, Hyundai Motor Philippines has now officially launched its entry to the small MPV segment: the 2023 Stargazer.
Take note that these prices are officially introductory retail prices so they’re subject to an increase. Plus, they also don’t include the freight and other charges associated with provincial dealers. That said, the price does include a 5-year / 200,000-kilometer warranty. Now going to the product details, the Stargazer comes standard with a 1.5-liter Smartstream G engine producing 115 horsepower and 145 Nm of torque which puts it above average in its segment. Plus, the engine’s mated to Hyundai’s unique IVT or Intelligent Variable Transmission which brings together the best characteristics of a CVT and a torque converter automatic . It also has available selectable drive modes with Eco, Smart, Comfort, and Sport.
More than just space, it has wireless phone projection for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as well as a wireless device charger. For those who prefer to charge on the go, there are up to five other USB Type A and USB Type C chargers scattered throughout the cabin.
