MEMBERS of the House of Representatives accused of illegally inserting P241 billion in the 2025 General Appropriations Act would address the charges in a proper forum, officials said.A complaint against the lawmakers was filed on Monday by Davao del Norte 1st District Rep. and former speaker Pantaleon Alvarez; senatorial aspirant Jimmy Bondoc; Ferdinand Topacio; Diego Magpantay, national president of the Citizen's Crime Watch; and retired brigadier general Virgilio Garcia.

The respondents were accused of falsification of legislative documents and violation of Section 3 of the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act.'The House leadership will squarely face that,' said House Assistant Majority Leader and Taguig 2nd District Rep.
