"Is this another case of stolen identity?"Senator Risa Hontiveros posed this question after Shiela Guo admitted at a Senate hearing on Tuesday that she was born in China and dismissed Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo is not her biological sister.Hontiveros' remark also comes after the National Bureau of Investigation said fingerprint analysis showed that Shiela and Chinese citizen Zhang Mier were indeed the same person.
"In June, Hontiveros bared Alice's NBI record which showed a picture of another woman with a name of Alice Leal Guo.The NBI document showed that the two Alice Leal Guos have the same birthday, July 12, 1986, and that their names have the same spelling.According to Hontiveros, the two Guos also declared Tarlac as their place of birth.
