Sabay na ginanap ang NSPC sa Tuguegarao City, Cagayan at ang NFOT sa Ilagan City, Isabela noong Marso 9 hanggang 13. Ayon sa DepEd, nakatulong sa resulta ng quarantine ang mga naging patakaran para maiwasan ang pagkalat ng impeksyon noong panahon ng kompetisyon at pag-uwi ng mga delegado.
