Herlene Budol couldn't help but become emotional following the success of “Magandang Dilag’s” pilot episode, which marks her first lead role in a series.
In Claire Lacanilao’s report on “24 Oras” on Tuesday, Herlene was seen tearing up during a livestream with her co-stars.
"Sa lahat ng sumusuporta sa 'kin, salamat ha," Herlene said. "Sa mga may ayaw sa 'kin, salamat pa din ha."“Sobrang saya ko, Lord. Thank you so much," she said. “Naiyak ako kasi na-overwhelmed nga po ako sa nangyari ang ganda ng pagkakataon, sobrang tiyempong-tiyempo na nanalo ka na, napanuod mo pa, sumuporta pa sa’yo yung mga taong imposibleng sumuporta sa’yo.
“At saka grabe yung iyak ko noon kasi parang double victory nga yung naramdaman ko kahapon,” she added.
