Following a public hearing on Dec. 6 that went on for approximately three hours, council approved the rezoning by a vote of five-to-four. The existing building on the subject property, approximately 16,000 square feet, was originally used as an equestrian barn with an indoor riding area. Prior to being renovated by Mills, it contained three apartments. • For intervenors supporting the appellants, a copy of written evidence must be received by the board by March 10.
